I was prescribed by my physician to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening to control my nightly episodes with neuropathy in my toes. It has worked like a charm. I only have about one episode a month now, which is certainly acceptable. On a side note, I no longer use Miralax as the R-Lipoic Acid eliminates the need for it.

Although this is the first time I purchased it directly from you, I have been using your R Lipoic Acid for a few years for nerve pain in my feet and legs. Since I began using the product, the frequency and severity of nerve pain episodes have greatly decreased. I would definitely recommend this product.
My order was damaged in shipping and UPS noted an empty package. I emailed HMS and they responded within a couple hours and everything was taken care of by Shogo. Great example of awesome customer service!
I didn't notice any difference after taking this a year and the price went up almost $10 so I don't need it anymore. Especially when they do subscription deliveries and they don't tell you the price went up.
Purity of product. I use it for pain relief. Usually works within 20 minutes. Great for sore muscles and/or joints after rehab exercises.

Excellent and necessary
The first thing I noticed taking this pill was that it immediately made my pee stink, like when I ate asparagus. This happened for the first two bottles and I was assured by my doc it was normal. The third bottle did NOT have this effect. And I noticed that tablets were white rather than the usual yellowish. The 4th bottle made my pee smell again and had the yellowish color and so I am wondering about the quality of this supplement. Can I trust this brand?

Pure nothing
At first this seemed to help me, but after a while it seemed to stop. IDK.
I'm 70 and my face was looking so hollow and wrinkled. Within a few weeks I saw my face started to fill out and wrinkles less prominent. It's been months now and I can't believe the change! I seldom wear any make up to cover it all up. Now I can go 'raw'. I'm so happy someone recommended this supplement to me! Plus, I don't think I've ever noticed a difference with other supplements.
